Shipping And Handling

• We will process and ship the order in 3 business days after receipt of payment (Pre-order items are excluded)

• Pre-order items will be processed when figs arrived.

• All Orders will be shipped by Hong Kong Post Office Air mail, SF Express or Fedex with tracking number. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

• Import duties and Tax are not included in the order, these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Also, we can't control the custom clearance time of your country .

• Please make sure you provide a correct address and information for shipping, we are not responsible on undeliverable orders due to incorrect details.
